John Needham has 32 years of experience in the fields of business development, healthcare
relationship marketing, patient accrual, compliance and retention.

Prior to forming Needham and Company, John was responsible for patient recruitment and retention
at Johnson and Johnson Pharmaceutical Research and Development. He was the Co-Founder and
President of Alliance Marketing Services Group, a firm specializing in the development and implementation
of direct marketing programs in healthcare. In addition, he was the General Manager and Co-Founder
of PatientQuest, a clinical trial recruiting and retention firm. He has served in senior management positions
at Telerx Marketing, TeleSpectrum Worldwide, PharmaKinetics Laboratories, Acurian and Pepsi Cola USA.

John recently retired after 30 years of service as a Captain in the United States Naval Reserve where
he taught leadership and was assigned to the Staff of the Chief of Naval Operations in the Pentagon.
